Frequently Asked Questions.

What type of photography can my Groupon be used for?
Your Groupon can be used for any type of session including family (up to 3 people), children (up to 3 people), engagement and senior graduation. Please note, Groupons cannot be applied towards weddings, events, newborn sessions, large family sessions, business headshots, and commercial photography.

I heard you are expensive, will you work with my budget?
Custom photography is more expensive than a chain store or a photographer doing it as a hobby and our goal is to provide a stress free experience to create heirloom quality portraits. That said, we will work with most budgets!

How many people can be in my session?
Your Groupon covers up to 3 people. If you have more than that, you will need schedule a Classic Session.

What if I’m late for my appointment?
We have 20 minutes scheduled for your Groupon session (unless you have made arrangements for an upgraded timeframe) If you’re late it will cut into your session time and no one wants that! If you have not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, this will be considered a forfeited session.

Do I have to purchase anything other than what my Groupon includes?
Of course not! Portrait images make for perfect gifts, excellent holiday cards and gorgeous art for your wall! Our most popular products are canvas wall pieces, as they are timeless and beautiful. Keep in mind that only the images that you purchase will be kept on file for 6 months.

Can I combine the Groupon with another promotion?
Your Groupon is a pretty sweet deal, and cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions or discounts.
